An oppressed peasantry and the exploits of a daring thief draw adventurers into an exotic nearby locale and a web of intrigue spanning Verbobonc. This Living Greyhawk regional adventure is designed for characters of levels 2–8 and forms the first scenario in the three-part Heroes of Verbobonc series.
