Sound Burst

Something strange is happening in the city: people can no longer communicate except by singing or reciting prose. Players investigate the cause of the phenomenon and work to uncover what happened before they are affected themselves. The scenario is provided as a 26-page PDF, with a separate two-page printable document containing the required certificates.
