An expansion for Star Fleet Battles Captain’s Edition covering the extinct Paravian and Carnivon empires as they might have developed by the time of the General War. It presents ships, weapons, and two alternate histories for each empire: the Carnivons may become a major power between the Lyrans and Kzintis or escape to the WYN Cluster, while the Paravians may ally with the Romulans or operate as raiders. Players can also create their own histories. Includes 260 pages and 280 die-cut counters.
