Stevepunk (fan expansion for Council of Blackthorn)

A mysterious council member represents the farthest reaches, sharing tales of incredible flying machines and steam-powered weapons. Although widely liked, his stories are not entirely trusted. This fan-made expansion adds one additional Council Member to the beginning-of-game selection, along with unique actions and abilities. It includes the corresponding Council Member card and player tokens.
