Strange Magic (Mutants & Masterminds 2E)

This ten-part Mutants & Masterminds adventure follows a city under the control of the criminal mastermind Mr. Mandrake, where strange creatures roam the streets and a team of monstrous supervillains carries out a sinister plan. The adventure includes a complete supervillain team, five mapped locations, and dozens of NPCs for encounters across the city.
