Tambores de Guerra

Set in an alternate early 20th century where historical Spain and its Moroccan Protectorate mix with the supernatural, this campaign follows a group of operatives from 1908 through 1939 as political unrest and eldritch horrors escalate. Players take on prepared characters who explore unknown terrain, investigate corruption and cult activity, manage travel and settlement-building, and confront the occult threats drawn from Lovecraftian mythos. The book provides historical background, rules for the Hitos system including faith conflicts and random content generation, and a cast of supporting characters and creatures to populate investigations and wartime espionage.
