Promotional card for Terraforming Mars, originally available through the Dice Tower 2018 Kickstarter campaign and also included in the Colonies expansion. It can be used with the base game and any combination of expansions. Its action spends 1 titanium to add 2 floaters to the card. Floaters are treated as other resources under the base game rules.
