Terraforming Mars: New Holland

A fan-made promotional card for Terraforming Mars, released exclusively to participants of the Dutch Open 2024 after winning a design competition. It costs 20 MC to play and has building and city tags. With four city tiles on Mars, it increases MC production by three steps and places a city tile on an already placed ocean tile, following normal city placement restrictions. The tile counts as both a city and an ocean and is placed at a 30-degree angle so part of the ocean remains visible.
