The Afflictionist: A Dungeon World Playbook

A Dungeon World character playbook focused on disease, poison, and venom. The character is largely immune to afflictions and can draw illness from those who are stricken, helping communities where treatment is scarce. These absorbed toxins must eventually be released, allowing the character to inflict plagues and other ailments on enemies. The playbook supports both treating sickness and using it as a weapon during adventures.
