The Book of Powers

This sourcebook adds an effects-based powers system for constructing abilities from the ground up, supporting arcanists, gadgeteers, superheroes, and other character concepts. It also introduces a magic system for crafting spells, rules for playing vampires, werewolves, angels, and demons, and new advantages for character customization. Additional rules include a SIEGE Engine-based skill system and streamlined firearms mechanics, while remaining compatible with existing systems and subsystems.
