The Bruja, The Beast, and The Barrow

An adventure for early-edition fantasy role-playing games, set in the wastelands of the Crystal Frontier. Adventurers suffering from curse or disease seek a rumored panacea from Marble Eye, an exiled bruja who demands their plunder—or a service in the tombs beneath his cursed hut. The scenario involves negotiating dubious bargains, confronting a monstrous Beast, and braving ancient wards within a cursed barrow. It is presented as a four-page mini-adventure compatible with modern games and retroclones of early fantasy systems.
