The Caldwell Incident

A quiet evening in a tavern is interrupted when Sylvia, the daughter of a missing merchant, arrives with a sack of gold. Her father, Clyde Caldwell, recently bought a keep and its surrounding land, but was abducted after confronting its strange occupants. The adventurers are hired to travel to the keep, investigate the disappearance, and deal with creatures that are unlike the goblins and other tenants encountered before. The scenario centers on exploring the property, uncovering what happened to the merchant, and surviving its alien inhabitants.
