The City of Perpetrators

A village casts a curse on a city in response to a tragedy committed by its people. Players portray characters living amid the city’s dread and misery, exploring the consequences of the curse and the legacy of those responsible. The curse is not necessarily meant to be lifted, though groups may devise their own remedy.
