The City of Skulls
An adventure set in the World of Greyhawk sends a party into the jails beneath Iuz's capital to rescue Earl Holmer, Knight Commander of the Shield Lands. The fortress is guarded by priests, mages, ogres, giants, fiends, traps, and other dangers. Designed for 6–8 characters of levels 9–12, the scenario supports stealth or direct assault through a multi-level dungeon-jail. It includes pregenerated characters, player handouts, and a Notoriety system that draws increasingly dangerous guardians to the party.
