The Cleric

This alternative cleric class for Dungeon World replaces prepared spellcasting with a Favor mechanic. Favor helps protect the cleric, heal others over time, and improve rolls related to the deity’s influence. The class also includes rules for performing services, divine rituals, warding the deity’s enemies, and using Wisdom to recall religious knowledge. Thirty advanced moves shape the class’s development, including stronger protection, improved healing, lending power to allies, calling down divine wrath, repelling enemies, and summoning the deity’s servants. The supplement also adds rules for holy symbols, new weapons and dungeon gear, character-creation guidance, move clarifications, and additional moves.
