The Committee
A sourcebook about a loosely allied group of aces operating under U.N. supervision in Egypt. The Committee originally formed to oppose the genocide of the Egyptian joker population by Egyptian authorities and the Caliph, with Lohengrin now serving as its head after John Fortune’s departure. It also includes guidance for converting characters from Mutants & Masterminds Second Edition to Third Edition.
