The Good, The Bad, and The Truly Villainous

This expansion for a modern superhero roleplaying game adds more than 30 detailed NPCs with backgrounds, game statistics, and individual plot hooks. It also introduces new cybernetics, feats, and superpowers, along with the Cyber Soldier advanced class for the d20 Modern system. A superhero random encounter table provides additional plot hooks and adventure ideas for use in modern superhero campaigns.
