A fantasy adventure for characters of levels 3–4, centered on a lost heirloom hidden in the ruins of an ancestral citadel. Previous mercenaries have disappeared, hobgoblins occupy the village below, and desperate wemics defend the fortress against enemies on both sides. Characters explore the surrounding woods, ruined stronghold, central tower, and ancient subterranean temple while negotiating with competing factions and investigating strange devices. The siege, roaming creatures, and awakening danger advance independently, so alliances, discoveries, delays, and chosen routes shape the citadel’s changing situation.
