A setting sourcebook and adventure for Mutants & Masterminds, this book details Starhaven, an ancient alien ruin on Europa where survivors attempt to build a new civilization amid the remnants of cosmic collapse. It includes a gazetteer, maps, characters, alien cultures, dangerous monsters, and threats such as the Brine, the Children of Chrysalis cult, and the machinations of Star Khan.
