The Hammer
The game is set in the English countryside after the Extinguishing, where Duke Stephan Monthamer, known as “the Hammer,” has established the Duchy of Rochford. Players are involved in the struggle over Essex as Monthamer seeks to return the county to the English Crown and expand his power. Tales of guerrilla warfare, snake pits, boiling tar, and mobile torture racks reflect the brutal tactics surrounding the conflict.
