The Kaiin Players Guide
A player-focused guide to Kaiin, the decadent city where characters live, from its rotting docks and rat-haunted Old Town to its palaces, sewers, colleges, taverns, and brothels. It details local knowledge, contacts, NPCs, maps, and hundreds of plot hooks involving aristocratic theft, dream powder, synthetic love, magical debates, palace parties, and deodand pits. The material supports play at all levels, from rogues to Arch-Magicians.
