The Manhattan Project 2: Minutes to Midnight

Players take the role of rival superpowers racing to develop a full Nuclear Triad: strategic bombers, ballistic submarines, and land-based missiles. Over a series of staged scoring rounds, players earn points for deploying delivery systems, detonating tests, and controlling short-range missiles in third-world nations, while also collecting defensive bonuses for protecting their own assets. Actions include recruiting four worker types (laborers, spies, politicians, generals), constructing and operating six building types (factories, research facilities, reactors, silos, test sites, ABM launchers), advancing on technology tracks, and allocating workers to produce or sabotage resources. The game ends after all scoring events; the player with the most points wins.
