The Matador
This release presents a Silver Age villain for a superhero roleplaying game at Power Level 9. A suave swashbuckling melee fighter, he uses a cape to turn innocent bystanders into a raging horde and create diversions in combat. Minions provide support while he seeks a finishing blow, or cover his escape when he is outmatched. The character is part of the Deus ex Historica series.
