The Other Side of the Hill: Twilight Generals Expansion

Adds 16 new general cards and counters, along with Field Marshal cards and Winds of War cards that introduce new mechanics and increase variety. Winds of War cards provide one-time effects in combat, strategic warfare, technology, production, diplomacy, and other areas when their prerequisites are met. Field Marshal cards are awarded for capturing key cities or achieving major victories, and can also resolve ties in competitive play.
