The Postulant
An injured, love-struck young man hires the adventurers to rescue his paramour from a religious redoubt, where her family has sent her as punishment for secretly meeting him. What begins as a straightforward extraction becomes entangled with hatred, destructive forces, and those who see the adventurers as another obstacle to the couple’s happiness. This short science-fiction adventure is designed for 2D6 roleplaying systems such as Cepheus Engine and the Original Science Fiction Roleplaying Game.
