The Scroll Thief

In Phlan’s Scholars Square, a series of strange thefts has left the area’s headmasters concerned, while the Black Fist offers no help. The Lord Sage calls on a group of adventurers to investigate and bring those responsible to justice. The adventure begins at the Cracked Crown inn and leads through Scholars Square, the ruins beneath Mantor’s Library, and Phlan’s sewers. It is designed for three to seven 1st–4th-level characters, and is optimized for five 2nd-level characters.
