The Two Ocean War

A global naval wargame that can be played as a standalone or as an add-on to Avalon Hill’s War at Sea/Victory in the Pacific systems. Players command fleets across two Atlantic and two Pacific maps, moving ships secretly on duplicate boards and then revealing placements to resolve area-by-area combat. Combat uses six-sided dice with hits, disables, and damage rolls similar to Avalon Hill sea games. The game includes a large counter set, expanded ship roster (including CL-class ships for all nations), more sea zones, rules for torpedo attacks by smaller vessels, and provisions for ships transferring between theaters. Victory is determined by combat outcomes and control of sea zones.
