The Valley of Frozen Tears

A frozen mountain valley forms a human-centered fantasy setting of harsh winters, dangerous predators, scattered villages, and raiding blackblood orcs. Druids and rangers belonging to the Compact work to protect the region, while its hidden secrets provide potential adventure hooks. Designed to fit into a standard fantasy campaign, the setting includes the gateway city of Icewall, forest and hill settlements, nine new creatures, and three magic items, each with background information and ideas for use in play.
