A story-driven expansion that adds new characters, scenarios and gameplay options to a survival campaign in a besieged city. Players manage a civilian group’s day-to-day needs while exploring new modules: an above-ground market with interacting farmers and changing reputations, risky sewer routes that open alternative scavenging runs, and modular scenario decks that introduce unique rules and components. The box also adds a playable character with a personal background and “Desperate Measures” cards that trigger when a survivor is lost. Components and scenarios introduce legacy-style rewards and narrative twists that integrate with the base game’s shelter management and scavenging play.
