Too Close to Home
In the dreamy American town of Roselawn, Sheriff Oakley discovers the body of Henry Burrows in the old woods. Unable to identify the cause of death or locate any next of kin, he sends the body to local funeral director Samuel Dawson for cremation. When the corpse proves impossible to damage, Dawson begins investigating Burrows and the nearby forest, then disappears. The investigators arrive to uncover the secret hidden in the woods. The scenario can be adapted to other locations and time periods.
