This fantasy roleplaying supplement details Serraine, a flying city inhabited by gnomes and other fantastic creatures, whose continued flight depends on a search for magical fuel. It provides setting information, a color map, background and adventure material, and rules for creating and playing skygnomes, gremlins, harpies, pegataurs, nagpas, and other characters. New rules cover air combat, spellcasting, and magical items, with material adaptable to Advanced Dungeons & Dragons 2nd Edition.
