Top Secret/S.I.

Players take the roles of secret agents working for the ORION intelligence agency against its adversary, WEB. Adventures focus on espionage, with later settings adding supernatural and futuristic missions. The game uses a fast percentile-based combat system. The Administrator assigns a chance to hit based on a character’s abilities, skills, bonuses, and penalties, then players roll percentile dice to determine success, hit location, and damage. Agent-style character sheets track statistics and skills, with a body diagram for recording injuries.
