Tortuga 2199: Shipwreck Bay

Adds support for a fifth player and expands the play area with additional sector tiles. Includes new cards, markers and tokens that integrate with the base game components. Introduces a new spaceship model called the Stingray, providing another ship option for fleet setup and play. Requires the base game to use these components.
