Tournament of the Emperor's Favored

In Rokugan, the Great Clans regularly test their skill and honor through formal competitions. Minor clans, often excluded from these prestigious events, hold their own contests to pursue glory and earn recognition. This event provides background and a framework for incorporating one such tournament into an ongoing Rokugani campaign.
