Tribebook: Uktena (Revised)
The Uktena are werewolf mystics who follow the great water-serpent spirit associated with hidden wisdom. They bind evil spirits, preserve long-lost lore, and oppose the Wyrm through secret magic and forbidden rites. This sourcebook explores the tribe’s history, beliefs, blessings, curses, and occult practices, as well as the cost of pursuing knowledge that others have forgotten or fear to uncover.
