Valiant Universe RPG Quick Start Rules: Experience the Rumble in the Bay!
A secret PRS facility hidden beneath Alcatraz contains villains, creatures, and alien entities, while its unknown energy source allows the complex to transform itself. Players take the roles of characters caught up in the struggle as powerful organizations, including the Harbinger Foundation, the Sect, and the Abettors, pursue the facility and its most valuable secret. The quick-start rules introduce the setting and provide a scenario set during the resulting conflict.
