Victory at Sea: Akagi

Add this Japanese fleet carrier to a Victory at Sea mini fleet. Originally laid down as an Amagi-class battlecruiser, it was converted into one of Japan’s first large aircraft carriers and later rebuilt to improve aircraft handling. It served as the flagship of the First Air Fleet, taking part in operations including Pearl Harbor, the Indian Ocean Raid, and the Battle of Midway.
