Viscounts of the West Kingdom: Suzerain

A promo expansion that adds a single suzerain character with a themed artwork insert. The suzerain grants an ongoing ability: playing criminal cards to the player board does not add corruption. This changes risk management when acquiring and using criminals within the base game’s card-drafting and tableau-building systems.
