Wakhara, City of the Walking Dead

A pulp-fantasy city-state in the western Axos Mountains, ruled by the sorcerer Lord Ketulkhan. Bound to a greater demon, he uses its larvae to animate the dead, creating a zombie workforce and army that allows the city’s people to live in relative comfort. This adventure presents the city’s notable locations, personalities, and items for use as a setting or scenario in the default Lemuria campaign.
