War Room: Nano-Expansion 'Take Her Down'

Adds 20 chipboard markers that introduce two new mechanics for naval play. One marker type tracks submarines that escape combat by diving; a dived submarine avoids pinning when returned to the world map and may immediately move to an adjacent sea region. The other marker type records sunk convoy ships on the morale track, with each sunk convoy contributing six casualty points.
