Weird on the Waves

In 1666, a supernatural force rises from the Caribbean and isolates the West Indies behind a shimmering fog. An otherworldly ocean brings mermaids, mutated sea creatures, and other dangers, while pirates defend the islands and pursue buried treasure. This setting and toolkit supports pirate adventures in a d20-based fantasy roleplaying game. It includes rules for ships, sailing, and naval combat; treasure recovery and experience; a mermaid character class; a detailed Weird Caribbean setting; random tables and world-building tools; and two introductory adventures.
