Whale to Look: Shachihoko

Adds a large golden charm token that appears on any area containing exactly ten fish. When the charm is placed, all players with presence in that area immediately score two points. Plays as a small promo expansion that modifies scoring opportunities and encourages players to monitor fish counts and area control.
