An adventure set in Nathlekh City’s foreign quarter, where a subversive organization controls the gambling trade and uses its influence to reshape regional politics. Characters investigate a web of extortion, murder, and martial-arts conflict in the Dragon Coast, at the end of the Golden Way. Designed for characters of levels 7–10.
