White Room
A mysterious intelligence agency composed of individuals with unique psychic abilities, this organization can be used as an element of the Beacon City setting or adapted to other campaigns. Its membership is largely left open for the GM to define, allowing agents to be tailored to the players and the story. The supplement details two feature agents, Mr. Ulysses and Ms. D, who possess distinctive psychic skills and may serve as allies, adversaries, or targets of investigation.
