Xtreme Global 1940 Xpansion Mod (fan expansion for Axis & Allies: Europe 1940)

This fan expansion for Axis & Allies: Europe 1940 expands the European theater with new territories, including Crimea, and additional naval units in the Black Sea. Germany receives major industrial complexes in Romania and Slovakia-Hungary to represent the Ploesti oil refineries and regional armaments production. The core rules and victory objectives remain based on Axis & Allies. Countries retain separate incomes and color-coded units, but all players purchase units, conduct turns, and place units simultaneously. The United States begins neutral, while Dutch territories pass to the United Kingdom through the government-in-exile. The Axis seeks to capture key Allied capitals, while the Allies target Berlin, Rome, and Tokyo.
