A fantasy campaign toolbox for running a sandbox adventure in a region of ancient mysteries, opium smoke, luxury, and cruelty. It includes distinctive monsters, a crab-man character class, regional chapters with random generators, and rules for poisons, tea, opium, trade, and deities.
