Manage one of five city states in Ancient Italy as rival powers compete for regional superiority. Select dice, assign workers, develop the city, and use soldiers and heroes in combat. Expand the population and construct monuments, striving to reach 16 population and 10 monuments before the other city states. Optional variants add new rules and strategic possibilities.
