Ancient Civilizations of the Middle East

Players guide one of 17 civilizations across the ancient Middle East, from the Hellespont to the Indus and from the Caspian Sea to the Red Sea. Spanning four epochs from the early Bronze Age to the Hellenic Age, the game combines exploration, city building, trade, faith, and warfare as civilizations develop and respond to unpredictable events. The multiplayer and solitaire systems support solo play, groups of up to six, or games that include system-driven civilizations. Players can determine the balance between conflict and cooperation, as well as the game length, from a short contest to a multi-hour campaign.
