Archives of the Sky

A collaborative storytelling game set in a far-future galaxy shaped by vanished empires and interstellar wanderers. Players create a Great House with inviolable core beliefs, then develop Episodes in which those values come into conflict. The game has no gamemaster or required preparation. Players share narrative control, use word cards for inspiration and random outcomes, and take on roles that shape the story’s epic scale or focus on intimate human details. Tokens track threats to important Values until two are placed in a Dilemma. It supports one-shot and campaign play for 3–6 players.
