Archives of the Sky

In a far-future galaxy, players create a House of interstellar wanderers with enduring beliefs and a shared history. Together, they develop Episodes in which new forces and conflicts test those beliefs. This GM-less storytelling game supports three to six players and requires no advance preparation. Players shape the narrative through character roles, meta-roles that guide the story’s scale and emotional focus, and tokens that threaten important Values before placing them in conflict within a Dilemma. A custom deck of science-fiction words provides inspiration and random outcomes. Episodes can be played as one-off stories or as part of a campaign.
